I just wanted to write a short letter to tell you thank you for building such beautiful homes. Me, my Wife Kelli & our Son Colin just love it. This is the 1st new home that we have ever purchased and we couldn't be happier with it. Linda was such a pleasure to work with from the 1st time we walked into the office. She explained everything involved in the new home purchasing process, helped us find a great mortgage company (Bankers Financial), and helped us pick out the lot, assisted my wife in choosing some of the many choices that come when purchasing one of your homes, answered all of the questions that we had along the way, and introduced us to the builder Lee. He was also very helpful, and explained the building process to us step by step. He also went out of his way to give us advice on maintaining our home and yard, and made sure that we were happy with the home and the way it was being built. With these kinds of people working for you, we understand how you are able to offer and produce such beautiful, quality homes. Since living here we have met some of our neighbors, and they were all equally impressed with Linda & Lee. I am looking forward to living here for many years to come, and I would recommend David Besser homes to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new home.

We feel blessed to have had you as our mortgage lender. You supplied us with the dos and don’ts, and were extremely detailed in explaining every document that we had to sign and why it was necessary.
